The mandate God gave this movement is to raise  workforce for mission agencies and mission oriented churches by mobilizing and equipping Christian students for missions to reach the unreached in our generation. We work in conjunction with several mission agencies and mission oriented churches to achieve the mandate of global soul winning and discipleship as contained in Mark 16: 15 -18 and Matthew 28: 18 - 20.

The work theme for this planning year of ours (October 1 - September 30) is OCCUPY        (Luke 9:12-21, Matthew 25:1-12). We believe the Lord would want us to take the mandate of mobilizing and equipping Christian students as a serious business. The Master in the reference scriptures desired gain from what He gave His servants to trade with; the same is expected of us. The Lord is making a demand of profitable service from His investments of skill, anointing, experience, special gifts, blessings, opportunities, etc.  in our lives as individuals and a body. The Lord would have us enter into new territories for Him and at the same time maintain and excel as we expand in the territories He has already given us. It is our prayer that none of us would behave like the unprofitable servant that was full of excuses and eventually incurred the wrath of the Master.

SMC is a movement without a boundary. If you desire to please God by being involved in missions, we offer you a great opportunity to be involved using your vocation, ministerial calling, status or location.
